The Bachelor's programme in Psychology and Sociology of Sustainable Transformation focuses on understanding how psychological and sociological processes shape change and transformation. Students learn to understand, analyze and help shape dynamics in individuals, organizations and societies, with emphasis on values, norms, communication, psychological safety, participation and social resonance. The program combines psychological and sociological expertise to address sustainability-related issues, preparing graduates for roles in urban development, innovation, change management, policy advice, research, and sustainability consulting. The curriculum includes fundamentals of sustainability, psychology, sociology, economics, data analysis, project management, and practical experience through an 18-week internship.
