The Bachelor of Laws in Finance, Tax and Law is a 7-semester program that combines legal studies with finance and business administration. The program structure includes basics in the first 4 semesters, a practical phase/mobility window in the 5th semester, specialization studies in the 6th semester, and a practical phase with Bachelor's thesis in the 7th semester. The curriculum covers civil law, business administration, economics, accounting, controlling, tax law, public law, compliance, and English legal and business language. The program includes specific modules such as: Fundamentals of Law, Fundamentals of Business Administration, Applied Quantitative Methods, Public Law, Fundamentals of Accounting, Key Qualifications and Business English, Fundamentals of Tax Law, Law of Obligations, Fundamentals of the Financial Services Sector, Insurance Law and Insurance Management, Commercial and Company Law, Tax Procedure and Inheritance Tax Law, National and International Accounting, Economics, Controlling, Property Law, Compliance, Corporate Tax Law, Investment and Financing, and International Tax Law. Graduates can work in banks, financial services institutions, insurance companies, auditing companies, business consultancies, tax consultancy firms, legal departments in companies, controlling and accounting, and financial management.

* Students must achieve at least 20 credit points after 3 semesters * Students must achieve at least 50 credit points after 6 semesters * Students must achieve at least 90 credit points after 9 semesters * Students must achieve at least 120 credit points after 12 semesters * All module examinations from the first two semesters must be successfully completed before admission to the module examinations of the 6th semester
