Business Simulation is a course where students experience the interconnectedness of a fictitious company, especially the conflicting goals that management has to handle in day-to-day business. The course covers corporate goals and strategies, strategic marketing, R&D, procurement/warehousing, production, personnel, and accounting/controlling. Students learn to make decisions under uncertainty and with incomplete information under time pressure, while applying business management tools learned in the course.
