📋 Program Hakkında

The first three semesters are study semesters in which students acquire in-depth knowledge of engineering mathematics as well as advanced engineering sciences. A total of four elective modules are offered. Here, students can focus according to their personal interests. The orientation of the study contents, together with the offered study guidance, can be a guideline for the individual planning of the career goal. The fourth semester is dedicated to the completion of the master's thesis. This master's degree program aims to achieve the following objectives: To lead to the ability to scientifically and theoretically analyze and synthesize technical systems in mechanical and plant engineering; Acquisition of the ability to independently work on complex systems in engineering through in-depth theoretical knowledge; Mathematical and scientific knowledge that ensures a special aptitude for scientific work; Basic and methodological knowledge as a prerequisite for research-oriented activities with a focus on design or manufacturing and automation; an introduction to the increasingly important mechatronic solution approaches; imparting "soft skills" that are additionally expected of graduates as a result of the transformation of company work structures.
