📋 Program Hakkında

This is a dual study Bachelor's program in Mechanical Engineering with practical experience. Students can choose between a training-integrated variant (with IHK qualification as industrial mechanic, mechatronics engineer, technical product designer or cutting machine operator) or a practice-integrated variant (working on projects in a company without IHK examination). The program provides sound training in mechanical engineering with specializations in drive and vehicle technology, development and design, mechatronics and digitalisation, and smart production. The curriculum includes theoretical courses and practical phases in a partner company. The program consists of foundation courses in the first semesters, followed by specialization in the 7th and 8th semesters. The curriculum includes core subjects such as Mathematics, Engineering Informatics, Statics, Design Fundamentals and CAD, Materials Science, Business Administration, Strength of Materials, Manufacturing Technology Fundamentals, Electrical Engineering, Dynamics, Machine Elements, Measurement Technology, Thermodynamics, Drives, Control Engineering, Technical Physics and Vibration Theory, Fluid Mechanics, and various elective modules.
