The Master in Strategic Management & Transformation focuses on preparing leaders and decision-makers to holistically manage organizations and successfully position them in dynamic markets. The program combines classical management knowledge with modern technologies, teaching how artificial intelligence, digital tools, and data-driven analyses change corporate management and how to use them strategically to shape transformations. Students learn to lead companies with agility, responsibly manage change, and secure sustainable growth. The program connects strategic planning with operational implementation, develops HR strategies, promotes organizational culture, and strategically implements corporate sustainability. Students work on practical projects with companies, present results to management committees, and are coached by experienced professors from the business world. The program is part of the NEW ERA Master programs at CBS University of Applied Sciences.
