📋 Program Hakkında

The Bachelor's program 'Religion im Kontext' offers a solid introduction to the world of religions. The program views religion not merely as a 'private matter' but as a historically powerful reality present in the public arenas of our contemporary culture. Theology serves as the reference science for this Bachelor's program, determining its content orientation primarily, though not exclusively, on theological issues. The program connects theological and religious studies disciplinary traditions while carefully distinguishing between their methodologies. It qualifies graduates for scientific work and enables them to work outside the scientific context where theological judgment, religious education, and the development of rational solution strategies are fundamental.
