The Master's programme in Organisation, Governance, Education focuses on structure, functioning, tasks and interests of organisations. Students deal with corresponding sub-areas from political science, sociology, educational sciences, and educational psychology. The program includes project modules where students gain practical knowledge of specific requirements for educational processes and knowledge acquisition in organisations and politics. Students learn interdisciplinary methods to design, implement and evaluate change processes. The program allows students to choose one or two areas of specialisation from the four disciplines, creating their own profile. Graduates are qualified to develop and implement concepts for development and change processes in organisations, society, politics or education, preparing them for challenging tasks in various organisations.
