📋 Program Hakkında
The Applied Business Psychology program focuses on understanding and shaping human behavior in economic contexts. The program covers the basics of psychology supplemented by economic topics, including consumer behavior, market and advertising psychology, personnel psychology, and change management. Students learn to apply empirical methods and analyze economic challenges from a psychological perspective. The program features an interdisciplinary approach with strong practical relevance and small groups. From the 4th semester onwards, students can specialize in either Work and Organizational Psychology or Market and Advertising Psychology. The 6th semester includes a practical phase of at least 18 weeks in a company, and the 7th semester involves writing a Bachelor's thesis.
