📋 Program Hakkında

The master's degree in Energy Technology covers conventional, renewable and innovative technologies and systems together with related fields such as vehicle drives. The focus of this broadly based training in energy technology is on state-of-the-art simulation processes (e.g. CFD, process simulations) – preparing students perfectly for digitalisation. An industry-focused project and practical classes in the university's laboratories also give students the chance to try out hands-on applications using state-of-the-art technology. The program qualifies students to work independently on innovative and complex energy-related challenges. Students will also be taught the basic generic skills required for project management and business tasks. The program builds upon undergraduate studies and is designed to take three semesters to complete. It can also be studied part-time, spread over six semesters in tandem with professional employment in an industrial company or working on a research project.

* Minimum degree required: Completion of an engineering or industrial engineering Bachelor's or Diplom degree program at a German or foreign university or an equivalent degree with at least 210 credit points (CP) * Minimum Grade Required: Required grade point average 3.0 * Other requirements: Graduates of a 6-semester Bachelor's degree with less than 210 credit points (CP), but at least 180 CP, require proof of study and examination achievements amounting to a maximum of 30 CP from undergraduate courses at Kempten University of Applied Sciences or another university within one year of commencing their studies at the latest
