📋 Program Hakkında
The program aims to train staff for the third qualification level for the State Social Administration, particularly for the Bavarian Centers for Family and Social Affairs (Zentrum Bayern Familie und Soziales) and their intermediate authority in Bayreuth. Graduates will process and decide on applications for parental allowance and parental leave, advise young families, determine disability status according to disability law, issue relevant certificates, and inform about compensatory benefits for severely disabled people. They will also work at the Integration Office/Main Welfare Office of Bavaria, serving as expert contacts for severely disabled people and employers on integration matters. Additionally, they will decide on benefits for victims of violence, persons with vaccine damage, victims of unlawful measures in the former GDR and displacement areas, as well as war victims and military service-disabled persons, and provide advice on other possible social benefits. The study focuses on Federal Supply and Military Supply Law, Victim Compensation Law, Federal Parental Allowance and Parental Leave Law, State Education Allowance Law, and the Ninth Social Code (Disability Law).
