Students of the Management and Organization work-degree program develop a deeper understanding of concepts, models and instruments of technical and personnel management in organizations. You can recognize, reflect on and shape the link between technical and personnel management and forms of business organization. In this way students are able to act effectively in management processes and organizational structures with regard to professional and human resources aspects as well as from an ethical perspective. To connect science with practice, students systematically apply the contents of the modules to the practice of their profession. This creates maximum benefit for the students and the companies in which they work. The degree program can be easily combined with professional life.
