📋 Program Hakkında

The law programme leading to the degrees Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and First Law Examination (EJP) offers the opportunity to obtain the integrated Bachelor of Law degree while studying for the First Law Examination. There are three degree options: 1) law studies leading to the First Law Examination (10 semesters), 2) law studies leading to the degree Bachelor of Laws with a focus on German law (8 semesters), 3) law studies leading to the degree Bachelor of Laws with a focus on transnational law (8 semesters). The main studies extend from the 3rd to the 5th semester and provide in-depth knowledge in the compulsory subjects in accordance with the Examination Subject Regulations. The following modules are included: Civil Law II-IV, Criminal Law II-IV, Public Law II-IV, and Foundations of Law III (5th semester). Every module is completed with an examination or assignment, which vary between written examinations (180 min.) and case-related written assignments (3 weeks).
