The Bachelor's program in Social Work at MSB prepares students to become professionals who advocate for individual well-being and social participation. As a human rights profession, it strengthens self-determination and self-efficacy, promotes the health integrity of disadvantaged individuals, ensures social cohesion, and fights against poverty and for social justice. The program provides a modern and stimulating learning environment designed by distinguished scientists and practitioners. Students learn to analyze problems, conflicts, and crises confidently and reflectively, and to develop sustainable solutions. The curriculum includes a mandatory internship semester and combines in-person teaching with virtual learning through a blended learning approach. The program is accredited and state-recognized, leading to the qualification of a state-recognized social worker.
