📋 Program Hakkında

This course focuses on International Human Resource Management and Organization. It is part of the International Business Bachelor program in semester 3. The course covers fundamentals of human resource management, methods for selecting and developing employees, critical success factors for leading individuals and teams, basics of employer branding, challenges in compensation and benefits management, trends in modern international HRM, organizational design, and change management. The module has a workload of 60 class hours (45 clock hours) over a 15-week period, with a total student study time of 150 hours (5 ECTS credits). Prerequisites include Introduction to Business and Marketing and Market Research. The course is taught through lectures, practical exercises, case studies, and presentations, with assessment via presentation.
