This integrative Bachelor's program optimally prepares students for various tasks in CVJM (YMCA), church, and society. Graduates work as youth counselors, social workers, deacons, pastors, school social workers, and in many other professional fields. The dual qualification of the program offers broad opportunities in the areas of social work and religious and community education. The degree is fully recognized by both the state and the church. The program features scientific foundations with strong practical relevance, combining theology and social work. It includes creative teaching methods, project-based learning, excursions, and a practical semester. The CVJM University is state and church recognized and accredited by the Science Council. Students can specialize in interculturality, mission, experiential education, internationality, and media education. The program emphasizes community learning, living, and faith on the CVJM campus.
