The Rechtspflege (Legal Administration) program combines theoretical study periods with practical training. The practical training (Fachpraktikum) forms the foundation of the future work as a Rechtspfleger (legal administrator). During the practical training phases I and II, students get to know their future field of activity in detail at training courts and public prosecutor's offices, where they directly apply what they have learned in lectures. The program includes a Practical Introduction phase, followed by Practical Training I and II. The practical training is organized by the training management at the three Higher Regional Courts (OLG) in Bavaria.
