The Master's program in Work, Organizational and Business Psychology addresses questions such as finding and retaining suitable employees, employee motivation, good management practices, supporting sustainable action in organizations, supporting organizations during change, creating humane and safe workplaces, effects of digitalization on organizations, and research methods for measuring interventions. The program offers specializations in Occupational Psychology (safety management and occupational health management), Organizational Psychology (HRM, HR analytics and change management), Applied Social Psychology (sustainability and diversity), Management Diagnostics, and Personnel Psychology. The program includes a mandatory 6.5-week internship and studying abroad is recommended.
