📋 Program Hakkında

The international Master's program in Power Engineering aims to impart knowledge about sustainable energy supply in the European context. The focus of the study is the concept of secure, affordable, and environmentally friendly energy generation as one of the most urgent global challenges of the 21st century. The program works closely with regional and national energy suppliers to ensure a practically oriented education that enables students to conduct independent and applied research. The program covers the entire spectrum of energy research in the field of traditional and renewable energies and has an industrial orientation. Some lectures and seminars are held by practitioners. Within the international Master's program in Power Engineering, there are two specializations for students to choose from: 1) Electrical Power Engineering, and 2) Power Generation from Fossil and Renewable Fuels.

✅ Giriş / Kabul Koşulları

* Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Thermal Energy Engineering or related technical fields (or equivalent degrees) * Very good knowledge in basic areas of mathematics, physics, computer science, fundamentals of electrical engineering or mechanical engineering, as well as specialized knowledge in the fields of electrical or thermal energy engineering * Very good knowledge in the fields of electrical energy systems, electrical machines, drive systems, power electronics, high voltage technology, network calculation - for the specialization "Electrical Power Engineering" OR thermodynamics, thermal energy technology, power plant technology, heat transfer, renewable energies - for the specialization "Power Generation from Fossil and Renewable Fuels"

Northern Ireland or the United States do not need to submit a separate language certificate * Applicants who completed a degree in English in Germany or in one of the above-mentioned countries are also exempted
