📋 Program Hakkında

The Master's program in Orthopädie- und Rehabilitationstechnik (Orthopedics and Rehabilitation Technology) is conducted in cooperation with the Federal School for Orthopedic Technology (BUFA). The program focuses on patients and their individual medical aid supplies. It allows students to combine work and study closely, with students determining their own pace of study to balance professional and personal commitments. The program deepens expertise in areas such as anatomy, pathology, biomechanics, prosthetics, orthotics, and rehabilitation technology/seating shells, while expanding knowledge in scientific work, natural and engineering science fundamentals, measurement technology, and control technology.

✅ Giriş / Kabul Koşulları

* For Bachelor's program: Completed vocational training as an orthopedic technology mechanic plus higher education entrance qualification (Abitur, Fachabitur, or 3 years of professional experience in orthopedic technology trade). Alternatively, master craftsperson in orthopedic technology trade (with potential recognition of prior qualifications). Orthopedic shoe technicians with 3 years of professional experience in orthopedic technology or master orthopedic shoe technicians with experience in orthopedic technology may also be admitted. * For Master's program: Completed Bachelor's degree in Orthopedics and Rehabilitation Technology, Technical Orthopedics, Orthobionics, or other related fields such as Biomedical Engineering. * For both programs: Proof of existing employment/internship relationship with an orthopedic technology company is required. * International students must provide equivalent qualifications and language proficiency.
