The Master's program in Business Administration focuses on well-founded specialized knowledge of business development for successful and responsible decision-making in management positions. It teaches management tools and interdisciplinary leadership skills such as team management, conflict resolution, empathy, and persuasion. The program is structured around the life cycle of a company, with the first three semesters corresponding to different company life phases (from starting a business to dealing with crises). It offers a close coupling of theory and practice with an international orientation.
