The Mediapublishing degree programme at HdM combines theory and practice. Students work in small groups on projects from the real world of media - from print and digital media to innovative future concepts. The programme includes practical phases, workshops and excursions to complement seminars and lectures. Students design book covers, write articles, produce podcasts and learn how to use social media, while acquiring in-depth knowledge of media law, marketing and sustainability. The programme offers the opportunity to set individual specialisations by choosing specific courses. Career paths include social media manager, content creator, licensing expert, marketing professional or media production roles in book and press publishers, agencies, start-ups, associations and communication departments of large companies.
