📋 Program Hakkında

The Bachelor's programme in Psychology at the University of Jena focuses on the science of human experience and behaviour. It takes a multi-faceted approach, teaching basic, methodological and applied content and skills in line with current research knowledge. The program prepares students for several professional fields that do not require a master's degree in Psychology (e.g. in healthcare, social services, education, law, academia, administration or industry). Graduates also have the opportunity to obtain further qualifications by enrolling in a master's programme in various psychological disciplines, including psychological psychotherapy. The program consists of different modules covering the full range of content required by the German Psychotherapy Act (PsychThG) and the German Licensing Regulations for Psychotherapists (PsychThApprO).
