The Bachelor in Business Psychology (Wirtschaftspsychologie) at CBS combines psychological, economic, and digital content. The program connects analytical thinking with empathy, teaching students how to make decisions that motivate people, strengthen teams, and advance companies. The curriculum includes general psychology, social and organizational psychology, marketing, data analysis, product management, leadership, and change management. Students learn to develop measures that are human-centered and data-based. Topics such as New Work, Design Thinking, eCoaching, and Sustainability are integrated into the teaching. The program includes practical projects, an internship, and a semester abroad. It prepares students for careers that combine business and humanity in a scientifically sound, practical, and future-relevant way.
