📋 Program Hakkında

The Social Work program is offered as a consecutive study program with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and, as a continuation, a Master of Arts in Social Work. The bachelor's degree also fulfills the requirements for state recognition. The study is divided into two study sections and 20 modules. In the 3rd semester, an internship with methodological guidance takes place. The bachelor's degree can also be obtained in an integrated German-Polish or German-Romanian study program (10 places per year, separate application), which also offers the possibility to acquire the Polish or Romanian licentiate (double degree). In the binational study programs, the 3rd semester (internship) and the 4th semester (theory at the respective partner university) are conducted in Poland or Romania. The study provides practical training that enables students to perceive complex psychosocial problems, analyze them, develop appropriate action concepts, and implement them in practice.
