This interdisciplinary bachelor's degree program with a focus on sustainability enables graduates to support and manage nonprofit and nongovernmental organizations (NPOs/NGOs) in the third sector. The curriculum covers three areas of expertise: business administration, management, and basic legal knowledge, providing an ideal combination of competences for managing nonprofit organizations and NGOs. The program includes practical courses in campaigning, marketing, leadership, fundraising, communication, green procurement, change management, digital solutions, and more. The program offers two study profiles: a dual practice-integrated degree program with 10-12 months of practical phases with a fixed partner NPO/NGO, or a classical degree program with fewer practical phases and without a fixed cooperation partner. Graduates are qualified for international postgraduate master studies and careers in nonprofit or nongovernmental organizations.
