This Master's degree course in Computer Science is a four-semester program designed for graduates with a Bachelor's or equivalent degree in computer science or comparable disciplines. The program features a substantial share of project-based work and offers connections to research groups in the Department of Computer Science. Students can specialize in areas such as autonomous and intelligent systems, architecture and management of innovative information systems, data science, network-based and time-critical systems, and security and reliability. The Department of Computer Science at HAW Hamburg is large with professors having diverse backgrounds and specialisms, allowing students to tailor their Master's degree to their specific interests.
