📋 Program Hakkında

Site engineering is offered as a vocational subject within the bachelor's programme Technical Education. In addition, a second teaching subject must be studied. The specialisation in site engineering with 92 credit points is part of the bachelor's degree in technical education (180 CP). Subject-specific studies cater primarily for the construction industry in the field of site engineering, and in particular where the building plans of architects and civil engineers are implemented in structural work and finishing. Elements of the degree courses in architecture and civil engineering create a joint basis; courses on material science, construction and production methods in the site engineering trades build on this. The course includes extensive workshops and laboratories used for classes on principles of chemistry and physics, material testing and investigation of production methods. The course content includes building material science, design and construction of buildings, history of architecture, principles of chemistry and physics in construction work, production methods in structural engineering, subject-specific teaching methodology for site engineering, and technical representation/computer aided design (CAD).
