Organizing supply chains efficiently is one of the most important strategic success and differentiation factors for companies. This is what supply chain and operations management is all about. The degree program focuses on managing complex projects in supply chains, potentially in international environments. It covers production processes that take place across multiple companies, requiring coordination until products reach the end customer. The program involves machines for production, vehicles, ports, containers, conveyor systems, handling robots, computers, software and services for connecting sub-processes. The program is offered at the Deutz campus by the Faculty of Automotive Systems and Production and the Faculty of Economics and Law.
