📋 Program Hakkında
The Public Law program focuses on teaching students the competence to independently prepare, handle, and solve concrete public law issues using research methods learned during their studies. Students learn to answer constitutional and European law questions by applying relevant norms and gain an overview of fundamental administrative law issues. The curriculum includes constitutional history and legal philosophy foundations, as well as critical reflection and discussion of different solution approaches. The program is designed as a secondary subject (Beifach) in the dual-subject bachelor's degree program, providing students with both fundamental and in-depth knowledge of Public Law comparable to the level taught in the examination degree program. Students can set their own focus in areas such as Media Law, International Public Law, Economics and Administration, or Tax Law.
