📋 Program Hakkında

The Design and Interaction master's programme focuses on technologically supported forms of interaction and future communication scenarios. With emphasis on interface and translation competence of design and user interfaces, it prepares students to become responsible, conceptually strong and content-oriented designers. This three-semester programme begins with intensive workshops to assess individual levels and explore study content. Students carry out self-chosen projects in the first two semesters, learning to analyze contexts, develop approaches, communicate results, and create prototypical designs. Additional modules provide design, methodological, and technological skills. The curriculum includes Advanced Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Culture and Ethics, Creative Computing, Workshop Thesis Development, and Electives. The third semester is devoted to the master's thesis, typically consisting of practical work with a design/IT focus and a written component. The programme aims to convey application-oriented content on the basis of sound scientific knowledge and empower students to apply methodologies from the fields of design and information technology and develop practice-oriented solutions while reasoning beyond traditional disciplinary boundaries.

✅ Giriş / Kabul Koşulları

* Completed relevant undergraduate degree (B.Sc., B.A. or equivalent) with at least 210 ECTS points or 7 semesters of full-time study * The previous degree must be either in a design field, or in information technology or related field with design elements * Applicants with 180-209 ECTS points (minimum 6 semesters) must provide proof of additional academic training or make up missing credit points * Passing an aptitude test regarding artistic/creative capability

🗣 Dil Gereksinimleri

* IELTS: minimum 6.0 * TOEFL (iBT), TOEFL (paper-based test), or TOEFL (computer-based test) accepted * English language proficiency equivalent to at least level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)
