📋 Program Hakkında
The Dentistry program (Zahnmedizin) aims to train dentists with a scientific foundation who are capable of independent dental practice, further education, postgraduate studies, and continuous professional development. The education provides fundamental knowledge, skills, and abilities in all subjects necessary for dental care of the population. The training is conducted on a scientific basis and is practice, population, and patient-oriented. The dental education includes principles of evidence-based evaluation of medical and dental procedures, aspects of dental communication, and dental quality assurance. It promotes the willingness to collaborate with other dentists, physicians, and members of other healthcare professions. The program is structured in three study sections, culminating in the State Examination (Staatsexamen).
