The ISS Servitization process is based on a proven 5-stage model that provides a clear roadmap for business transformation: Extended workbench, Differentiation tool, Profit/Business center, Value-added function, and Customer integration. The course also covers the 'kangaroo leap model' which embodies the ISS philosophy of continuously improving interaction with customers and aligning actions with customer benefits. The program emphasizes that service is a local business requiring proximity to customers and co-creation processes.
