During the bachelor's degree programme, you will deal with the interaction of health and exercise from a natural science and sports science perspective. The programme addresses the socially highly relevant topic of health from a scientific perspective and provides students with specific scientific and research methodological knowledge and competencies that enable them to promote a health-oriented lifestyle through exercise and sport on very different levels of society in a scientifically sound manner. Essential characteristics of the study programme are its scientific orientation, its theoretical and research orientation, and the technical and content-related connection of course-related practical components with the theoretical training within many modules.
