📋 Program Hakkında

The research-oriented master's degree program in psychology with a focus on work, organizational and health psychology serves to expand and deepen specialized knowledge in basic psychological disciplines, the application areas of work and organizational psychology as well as health psychology, other psychological application fields and the practice of special psychological research methods and diagnostic skills. Competencies for the analysis, diagnosis, evaluation and design of psychological processes in various fields of practice are taught. In addition, selected aspects of work, organizational and health psychology are deepened in an application-oriented manner. The program focuses on processes of individual and collective experience and action in work environments, group processes, organizational processes, and health psychology theories and interventions.

✅ Giriş / Kabul Koşulları

* Bachelor's degree in psychology or equivalent with at least six semesters of study in psychology * At least 10 credit points (LP) from statistics * At least 8 LP from psychological diagnostics * At least 10 LP from work, organizational and business psychology * At least 5 LP each from two other psychological application subjects * If Bachelor's degree not yet available: proof of at least 120 LP in completed modules and Bachelor's thesis registered or submitted

🗣 Dil Gereksinimleri

* English: B2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) for applicants who have not obtained their university degree at an institution where English is the language of instruction * German: C1 level for applicants who obtained their degree at a foreign university
