The Master of Science in Electrical Engineering is a research-intensive program that deepens your understanding of scientific principles and advanced methods in electrical engineering. Through the master's curriculum, you expand upon knowledge acquired in your bachelor's studies—including engineering, information science, mathematics, and the sciences—preparing you to excel in challenging roles in development and research or to pursue independent work in industry or academic institutions. Students enrolled in the electrical engineering master's program may choose to specialize in one of three topic-oriented areas: Automation Technology (in German), Communications Technology (in English), Electronics Design and Technology (in English).
