Organizational and IT security is an interdisciplinary field that deals with the security of information, IT systems, and business processes in companies and institutions. It combines aspects of computer science, business administration, and law to identify risks, develop protective measures, and implement security strategies. The aim of the Bachelor's degree programme is to train students to assume both a proactive and reactive role as cybersecurity experts, enabling them to detect and defend against cyberattacks. Graduates will be able to ensure the IT security objectives (e.g., confidentiality, integrity, availability) of an asset. The programme combines the fields of IT security and Business Information Systems.
