📋 Program Hakkında

Students expand their knowledge of products and processes along the whole building life cycle. They learn how to guide all the parties involved in a project and acquire comprehensive methodical and problem-solving skills within the interdisciplinary "Dortmunder Modell Bauwesen". This empowers them to apply the skills acquired in an independent and reflective manner and to work autonomously and methodically, as they also demonstrate in their Master's thesis. The program trains generalists with a high level of social skills who act as competent interlocutors for specialists, since future architects and civil engineers learn alongside each other within the "Dortmunder Modell Bauwesen" at the Department of Architecture and Civil Engineering. This model is unique in Germany and embodies a teaching concept which aims to teach students how to work together in an interdisciplinary team with the other stakeholders involved. As an option, students can complete the Master's program with a specialization in Integrated Building Technologies.

✅ Giriş / Kabul Koşulları

* Minimum degree required: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or B.Sc. in Architecture and Urban Design from TU Dortmund University * Minimum Grade Required: Final cumulative grade of 3.0 or higher * For applicants with other degrees: Equivalency check based on content, scale and requirements * Required credits: At least 15 credits in construction management, real estate management and construction law, plus 30 credits in construction principles (building construction, structural design)
