📋 Program Hakkında
The Protestant Theology minor subject program consists of modules that are defined in the examination regulations and described in more detail in the module handbook. In terms of content and time, it makes sense to study these modules in a certain order. There is a sample study plan for the degree program, which shows an ideal course of study. Not every module is offered in both winter and summer semesters, and some modules build on each other or have other participation requirements. The study of Protestant Theology is divided into four subject areas: Biblical Studies, Systematic Theology, Religious Education and Didactics, and Church History. Three of these areas are represented by professors in Kassel, while the Church History area is taught by lecturers. The program includes important introductory courses such as 'History of Israel and early Christianity' (offered in winter semesters), 'Exegetical Methods' (offered in summer semesters), 'Introduction to Systematic Theology', and 'Introduction to Religious Education' (both offered in winter and summer semesters).
