The certificate programme in Technology (for Secondary Schools) offers a future-oriented, interdisciplinary education in technology and economics and qualifies students to deal scientifically with technical and economic issues and contexts. Students are enabled to theoretically and practically solve technical problems in central fields of action such as development and construction, production and manufacturing, energy management as well as information and communication. The programme provides knowledge necessary for the theoretical analysis and description of machines, devices and processes for material-, energy- and information-processing systems and procedures, as well as skills that enable the practical implementation of theoretical considerations.
