📋 Program Hakkında

The Strategic Management Master's program is a three-semester program designed for graduates with a first university degree who want to develop professionally and personally for future leadership and management tasks in the service or tourism sector. Students can choose between specializations in Service Economy or Tourism Economy to set their own thematic focus. The program is modularly structured with twelve modules (5 ECTS each) and a master's thesis with colloquium (30 ECTS). The first semester provides advanced business qualification in strategic management fields. The second semester offers specialization opportunities, and the third semester is dedicated to the master's thesis. The program requires a high degree of self-organization, discipline, engagement, and teamwork from students while granting them a high degree of self-determination.

* Bachelor's degree in business administration, tourism management, or economics * Equivalent degree in another suitable field of study may also qualify * For bachelor's degrees with fewer than 210 ECTS credits, there are several options to make up the missing credits (up to 30 credits can be recognized from professional or academic qualifications, up to 15 credits from other qualifications, or up to 20 credits can be earned during the program) * Provisional admission is possible for applicants who have completed at least 150 ECTS (for 180 ECTS programs) or 180 ECTS (for 210 ECTS programs) and can complete their bachelor's degree by the end of the first semester
