📋 Program Hakkında

The Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Psychology at the University of Greifswald is a polyvalent, approbation-compliant program that has been offered since the winter semester 2020/21. The term 'polyvalent' means that this degree is valuable in many ways and specifically that all professional fields of psychology are open to graduates with this bachelor's degree. The six-semester program covers all fundamentals and initial application areas of psychology, including developmental and personality psychology, general psychology (covering topics like emotion, motivation, perception, memory, and problem-solving), and practice-oriented modules such as professional ethics and law, clinical-psychological diagnostics, preventive and rehabilitative concepts, and clinical disorder theory. After completing this bachelor's degree, students can pursue either a Master of Science with a focus on research in science and practice or a Master of Science with a focus on clinical psychology and psychotherapy. Various internships allow students to deepen their knowledge in different professional fields to make an informed decision about their future career path.
