The Master in Sustainability Management program focuses on strategically shaping responsibility in business. As a part-time specialization within Management & Corporate Leadership (M.Sc.), students learn to balance ecological, social, and economic goals, establishing sustainability as an integral component of modern corporate management. The curriculum covers sustainability assessment and reporting, transformation management, sustainable production and circular economy, as well as integrated sustainability and leadership. Students develop strategies to make companies future-proof and actively shape change processes - from planning to implementation to measuring sustainable impact. The program provides a holistic understanding of responsible corporate management, teaching how to integrate sustainability into all key areas - from procurement and production to HR and communication - and connect these with digital solutions.
