The Bachelor in Business Psychology (Wirtschaftspsychologie) at CBS combines psychological, economic, and digital content. The program connects analytical thinking with empathy, teaching students how to make decisions that motivate people, strengthen teams, and advance companies. The curriculum includes general psychology, social and organizational psychology, marketing, data analysis, product management, leadership, and change management. Students learn to develop human-centered and data-based measures. Topics such as New Work, Design Thinking, eCoaching, and Sustainability are integrated into the teaching. The program features practical professors, team projects, and interactive teaching formats to create a learning environment where students can develop their strengths and sharpen their profile.
