📋 Program Hakkında

The programme offers international experience and uses an integrated approach to focus on developing your leadership talent and management skills. It is a well-designed combination of core modules (Business and Leadership Essentials), advanced modules (Business and Leadership Electives) and the final Master's thesis. The programme encompasses 90 ECTS credits in total. Business and Leadership Essentials: Problem Solving and Communication Global Economics Strategy Marketing Entrepreneurship Reporting Financial Management Supply Chain Management & Logistics Me as a Leader Negotiation Ethics and Sustainability New in a Leadership Role Business and Leadership Electives: Innovative Impact Financial Brilliancy Strategic Mastery International module (study abroad or Global Immersion Seminar) The on-the-job programme perfectly combines theory and practice. If selected by the student, the programme ends with the Global Immersion Seminar, a one-week seminar abroad that includes lectures and company visits. (In the past, the group travelled to Boston, USA, but other destinations are considered as well.) A semester abroad at one of HHL's partner universities is optional.

Language: Applicants must provide proof of their English-language skills – this is tested during the GMAT or entry test. A TOEFL (or equivalent tests) can be submitted, is not required though.
