The Faculty of Physics and Electrical Engineering of the University of Bremen invites graduate physicists and electrical engineers from all over the world to come here for a postgraduate course of study. Environmental Physics Remote Sensing Atmospheric Physics and Chemistry Oceanography Terrestrial Environmental Physics 2. Solid State Physics Electron Microscopy Semiconductor Epitaxy Semiconductor Optics Surface Physics 3. Theoretical Physics Complex Systems Solid-State Theory Semiconductor Physics Theoretical Bio- and Neurophysics Nonlinear Dynamics 4. Biophysics 5. Computational Materials Science Regarding Electrical Engineering, the following institutes are part of the programme: Institute for Electrical Drives, Power Electronics and Devices Institute of Automation Institute for Microsensors, -Actuators and -Systems Institute of Electrodynamics and Microelectronics Institute for Telecommunications and High-Frequency Techniques
